Kirkland, WA - August 11, 2025 - The Kimberly Cloud Show, an independent talk show centered on mental health, social issues, and personal growth, is expanding its programming with a renewed focus on the experiences of US veterans. This initiative reflects host and founder Kimberly Cloud’s ongoing commitment to breaking down stigma around veteran mental health by creating a space for expert perspectives and accessible conversations. With over 400 episodes already produced, the show continues to amplify a wide range of human experiences, including those of service members navigating life after the military.
As a veteran who has also run for both the US Senate and State Senate, Cloud brings a unique perspective shaped by both public service and personal experience. She has been open about her journey through homelessness, isolation, and mental health challenges, using her platform to foster understanding and resilience through storytelling.
“Mental health affects everyone, but for veterans, there are layers of stigma that make it even harder to talk about, even with each other,” Cloud said. “This strengthened focus on veterans is about opening that door and saying your story matters here.”
The expanded programming feature interviews with fellow veterans, care providers, and thought leaders, all focused on navigating the stigma, accessing resources, and finding connection through shared experience. Cloud has also recently spoken with the Director of Psychiatry at her local Veteran Affairs hospital, as part of her ongoing effort to advocate for improved mental health support through accessible media.
Now in its fifth season, The Kimberly Cloud Show remains focused on the power of conversation, bridging personal narratives with public insight to create meaningful discussions around healing, growth, and mental wellness. Through her platform, Cloud hopes to shine a light on the complex realities faced by veterans and ensure their voices are not just heard but understood.
