As a part of their expansion plans, Valor is looking to acquire compounding pharmacy locations from suitable candidates - as a whole, or in part as assets. “Finding the right acquisition(s) to complement our pharmacy model and customer base is integral to Valor’s success,” says Rick Niemi, CEO, and Founder of Valor. “We will be looking at various opportunities, including adding physical locations or simply acquiring assets and moving the business to our state-of-the-art facility in the Bay Area.”

Valor Compounding Pharmacy has recently added 1,300 square feet of space to its workspace while renovating its offices, creating room for an additional non-sterile laboratory to support the growing customer demand in operations and its growing team of 40+ employees.
