Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK), a leading innovator of purpose-built vehicles and equipment, today reported 2025 fourth quarter net income of $133.8 million, or $2.10 per diluted share, compared to net income of $153.1 million, or $2.33 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2024. Adjusted1 net income was $144.3 million, or $2.26 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2025 compared to $169.3 million, or $2.58 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2024.
